Our Approach

We support our students to heal and grow emotionally, professionally, and spiritually, enabling our students to achieve empowerment and fulfillment in their lives, relationships, and careers.

Our programs help you tune into your wisdom, so you can lead from your own inner source.

“If you're looking for ways to shift your energy and shift your life, you can't find a more supportive community to inspire you to transform.”

— Pam, 45, attorney

How It Works

All our programs integrate three powerful disciplines — psychology, energy healing, and spiritual inquiry — in an experiential group setting. Students practice new ways of relating to themselves and other people in real time.

This combination unlocks sustained and meaningful personal change.

Developmental Psychology

Readings, lectures, discussions and physical exercises invite students to identify and release old narratives of thought and feeling.

“Being able to notice themes and patterns in my own life has really helped me when situations come up — in which those defenses are triggered — to look at myself, be kind to myself, not take myself so seriously and feel my full agency and power to choose how I act.”

— Lisa, 40, LCSW, personal coach

Energy Healing

Students turn to their bodies as a source of information and guidance. They use Reiki training, somatic exercises, and meditation to clear out old patterns of behavior and emotion stuck in the body, and open up to fresh new depths of feeling.

“I live a very cerebral life and the workshop helped me ground into my body. I’ve been through a lot of trauma, and Inner Source helped me to not see my body as my enemy, which helped alleviate a lot of depression and move on to a healing stage.”

— Tamara, 39, English professor

Spiritual Inquiry

Students build resilience and intuition by cultivating their unique relationship with a greater consciousness, however they may define or sense it.

Activities include meditation, breathwork, reading, song, and experiences in nature.

“Inner Source is unique because it allowed me to acknowledge what I would call a higher power. It has brought an energy that I can't necessarily explain, but has carried me … through engaging with my deeper challenges.”

— David, 42, account executive

Practice in Community

Students build natural confidence as they practice revealing and expressing their authentic selves, and are met by a supportive, honest and loving environment.

“I have seen classmates of mine and myself go through really difficult things and be held by the group with so much love. And that has given me a tremendous amount of faith in myself to go through things that are hard.

— Lillian, 35, arts non-profit administrator
