Directions From Various Points In Pennsylvania

From the Philadelphia Region

  1. Take the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76 West) to Exit 328A "US-202 South / West Chester", or Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike I-276 West to Exit 326 "Valley Forge", then immediately after exiting, take the exit for "US-202 South / West Chester"
  2. Continue on US-202 South from King of Prussia for a total of about 4 miles, until the exit for PA-252 South / Paoli (around mile marker 22 5/10).
  3. From the exit for PA-252 South, proceed a total of 2 miles on PA-252 South (also called Bear Hill Road), proceeding up a long hill , to the intersection with US-30 (which is just past a stone bridge that you will pass under).
  4. Turn right onto US-30 West. (This is also called Lancaster Avenue.) Proceed a half (0.5) of a mile, to the fourth traffic light, at Paoli Pike. (A Wawa will be on your left side. Paoli Pike is the first road you will encounter on US-30 that bears off at a slight angle to the left, compared to the previous roads that all meet US-30 at right angles.)
  5. Make a soft left onto Paoli Pike. Proceed seven tenths (0.7) of a mile, to the sixth road on your right, Lloyd Avenue. (You will be reaching the top of a small hill at that point.)
  6. Turn right onto Lloyd Avenue. Proceed two tenths (0.2) of a mile, past a smaller stone office building on your left, to the large 2- and 3-story stone structure on the left side, at 40 Lloyd Avenue, Greentree Plaza. Turn left into the parking lot. You will find far more parking in the rear of the building.

From the East

  1. Take the PA Turnpike (I-76 East) to Exit 312 for "PA-100 Downingtown/Pottstown/West Chester".
  2. Past the toll booths, take PA-100 South.
  3. Drive a little over 4 miles on PA-100 South, through a number of traffic lights, until you get to US-30. Get in the leftmost lane at the light to take US-30 East "King of Prussia/Philadelphia"
  4. Take US-30 East for approximately 1.7 miles. Continue straight, which will merge you onto US-202 North "King of Prussia".
  5. Continue on US-202 North for about 4 miles, until you get to the exit for PA-29 South "Malvern" (around mile marker 18). At the end of the exit ramp, turn Right onto PA-29 South.
  6. After a half (0.5) mile, PA-29 South dead-ends at the intersection with US-30 (Lancaster Avenue). Turn Left onto US-30 East.
  7. Drive three-tenths (0.3) of a mile on US-30 East to the first light, at Old Lincoln Highway.
  8. Turn Right onto Old Lincoln Highway.
  9. Drive a half (0.5) mile as the road bears up a hill and bends leftward to the first stop sign, at Bridge Street.
  10. Turn Right onto Bridge Street and drive two-tenths (0.2) of a mile over a bridge until it dead-ends at E. King Road.
  11. Turn Left onto E. King Road and drive eight-tenths (0.8) of a mile until you get to Lloyd Avenue (which is about the ninth road on the right).
  12. Turn Right onto Lloyd Avenue. Drive two-tenths (0.2) of a mile until you arrive at the only large office building in the neighborhood, on your right side, a large 2- and 3-story stone building, Greentree Plaze, 40 Lloyd Avenue. (Turn right into the parking lot. You will find far more parking in the rear of the building.)

Directions From Maryland and Delaware

  1. Take I-95 North.
  2. On I-95 North in Wilmington, take Exit 8 for "US-202 North / West Chester". (This is very soon after the exits for Martin Luther King Boulevard and for Rt. 52 / Delaware Ave.)
  3. Proceed on US-202 North through a number of traffic lights for a little over 12 1/2 miles, until a green overhead sign directs you to bear right onto an entrance ramp for the US-202 North expressway. (A Holiday Inn will be on your right; if you pass a McDonald's on your right, then you've gone too far.)
  4. Continue on the US-202 North expressway for almost 11 miles until you get to the exit for PA-29 South "Malvern" (around mile marker 18). At the end of the exit ramp, turn Right onto PA-29 South.
  5. After a half (0.5) mile, PA-29 South dead-ends at the intersection with US-30 (Lancaster Avenue). Turn Left onto US-30 East.

  1. Across the Tacony-Palmyra bridge on the Pennsylvania side, you will be on Levick Street.
  2. Continue straight on Levick Street. (It also becomes US-13 after a while.) After about 2 miles, turn left onto US-1 South.
  3. Continue on US-1 South for about 7 miles. (It becomes an expressway after several miles.)
  4. Exit onto I-76 West, and stay on it for about 13 miles until you reach Exit 328A "US-202 South / West Chester".
  5. Continue on US-202 South from King of Prussia for a total of about 4 miles, until the exit for PA-252 South / Paoli (around mile marker 22 5/10).
  6. From the exit for PA-252 South, proceed a total of 2 miles on PA-252 South (also called Bear Hill Road), proceeding up a long hill , to the intersection with US-30 (which is just past a stone bridge that you will pass under).
